Authentication process
At Blind Archives, we exclusively offer 100% authentic products from Japan.
All our Japanese suppliers hold a "Secondhand Dealer License (古物商許可 – Kobutsu-sho Kyoka)".
Each item offered for sale undergoes a rigorous authentication process. When selecting a piece, we carry out an initial internal verification focusing on the overall condition of the item, the materials, logos, stitching, as well as the associated documents. A second, more thorough analysis is then conducted to ensure the highest level of standards.
Upon request or if necessary, we authenticate the item using Entrupy software, which issues a certificate of authenticity.
This process allows us to guarantee the authenticity of each piece before it is shipped.

Why do we use Entrupy?
In our view, authentication by an expert must also be accompanied by so-called "scientific" authentication through Entrupy technology.
It performs very precise authentication using microscopic analysis based on artificial intelligence. The software compares every detail of the item with a global database of millions of images.
Officially supported by the LVMH group, this has allowed them to refine their technologies to achieve an accuracy rate of 99.1%.
Every item certified by Entrupy will come with an infallible digital certificate of authenticity.
In the very unlikely event of a confirmed counterfeit purchase, we guarantee a simple return and a full refund. This clause, although rarely, if ever, used, is included in our contract for your peace of mind.
